Time Management with Kidos

March month..... Hard target's, year closing, new projects & achieving KRAs is stretching more time in office & everyday reaching home late, is chewing  my precious family time..... but whatever quality time I salvage, I try enjoyin & preserve in my memory lane. Some of takeaway from quality time with Dhyeya are....

Try avoid unhappy conversations in his presence.

Sit respectfully around him.

Avoid belittle/criticize his opinions and thoughts.

Avoid cutting him off when he speaks.

Respect his age as now he is almost 13th & sometimes we share Same tee, watches etc.

Never do hitting or indisciplining behavior.

Always listen & try accepts his advice & directions.

At home & outside give him the power of leadership, when he is present.

Avoiding raising voice at him as that's a annoying situation

Avoid walking in front or ahead of him instead prefer walk together, shoulder-to-shoulder & share a friend like discussion.

Never eat before him. Try having meal with him.

Fill him with appreciation, even when he don't think he deserve it.

Avoid putting feet up in front of him or sitting with back to him.

Don't speak ill of him to the point where others speak ill of them too.

Always Keep him in prayers. On holidays or Sundays, he cleans home temple & complete prayer is conducted by him till the Prasadam distribution.

Even though late coming, my  facial expressions never show him seeming bored or tired in his presence rather I asked him, how he spends his whole day.

Never laugh at his faults/mistakes rather give solution to his problems.

Try to Do a task before he ask me to.

My Smart phone is away when he is around.

His friends are your friends.

Same questions are repeated 10 times & listen to them as if hearing for the 1st time.

Continuously visit him, even though TV is on, Xbox Games running, play with them &  make him win. Give a competitive feeling.

To choose my words very carefully when speaking with him.

Call him by names he like.

Have make him my priority above anything.

My time is important investment in him.

Children's are parents treasure and their most precious gift on this land. More investment of time in them, better values system in them
They must have seen the world lesser than us but they see it in a different way which we need to appreciate. We should Listen to them and try giving them as much time as we can. These moments are more precious than anything else in this world....
